Bug Connecting My Paypal Account

Discussion in 'Support & Feedback' started by mediahost, Sep 30, 2016.

Hey. I have some articles that I want to sell in the marketplace here but I can't connect my paypal account. An error keeps popping up when it goes back to digitalpoint from Paypal. I checked and paypal has given all of the permissions to digitalpoint, its just the forum hasn't recognized it (or something like that).

Anyone know anything about this? Thanks,

Maybe you should try these solutions:
    1. Disable any addon or plugins in your browser
    2. Try another browser. Use Firefox, Opera or Internet Explorer. Don't forget to disable any addon which may interfere the process.
    3. Try to link your account with Paypal by using this link:
      https://www.digitalpoint.com/account/third-party-accounts-link?service=paypal
What you need to do is Log out from DigitalPoint and click the link above.
Is there any error while you try to link your account?
    4. If all fail, try clearing your browser Cache and Cookie (or by pressing CTRL + Shift + DEL and click OK or Enter).
If four things above unable to solve the problem, I think only @digitalpoint could help you solve the problem.

I received this error for months - couldn't figure it out, so I gave up. Sorry to hear though, sounds like it's negatively impacting you a lot more than it did me :(
