    i would recommend fiverr and big forums .. post your req in forums you will get it .. and it will be cheaper too .. unless fiverr if you budget is on high side.

    I don't think there has ever, nor will there ever be 'quality graphic design' available through Fiverr!

    Behance is your best bet if you want to see a choice of design professionals all on one site.
