Premium Membership Payment Issue

    Hi DP team.

    Just noticed our "Bump" thread option was missing from our market place thread.

    Checked DP profile and it looks like I am no longer a premium member.

    Payments have been recurring for the last 3 years every month on the 10th. (37 payments) This month, no payment has been taken by ""

    Whats up? Did something change?

    PayPal subscriptions aren't "taken" in the sense that there is nothing we can do on our end to make them happen. If you look at your subscriptions within your PayPal account, maybe it will give some info?

    Had a look and its still active

    I will cancel it on paypals end and sign up again through DP after the weekend. Guess its probably time I pay yearly too haha

    Seems to be another issue, payment was made but membership has expired.

    I think its because of a name change, the payment info has our old username.

    any chance you could bump my membership status up to premium?

    Ya, it looks like the subscription was created a long time ago under the vBulletin system which was based strictly on username. I've manually upgraded it, but you'll want to go into your PayPal account and cancel the subscription and recreate it under the new system (the new system has a reference ID that doesn't matter if your username changes or not).
