Facebook has blocked my account and won't let me identify myself

    For weeks now I can´t access my facebook account. After redefining my password they blocked my account and to unlock it says I must verify my identity and change the password. The next step, however, says only this: «Identity Not Confirmed. We currently can't verify your identity. Please try again later.»

    It's a dead end!!! Does anyone know what's going on? I've contacted the support from facebook and they asked a few questions and just stopped replying without solving the problem.

    This is strange... There is no other way than to just create a new account!

    OMG, but but I have about 500 friends I will need to add again??? And the pages I follow.... Is this even possible? I'm so frustrated!

    I met the same problem a few months ago but unlocked after some attempts! So, if you identified your friends, DOB, Security questions correctly then it will be unlocked. Try it again and again.

    I have similar issue however the only option I get is to ask friends for help and when I want to choose another option It will not let me? It’s an old account I’m trying to remove so the friends it’s asking I do not contact

    Well, I think you should keep trying to unlock your account, you will not get anything useful from the fb support that is for sure/
