Contest $100 Logo Design for a Site. Guaranteed winner by Monday.

I'm after a logo design for a web design and hosting business that serves municipalities in the US (e.g. small towns/villages/cities). Payment will be made via PayPal. Winner will be selected on Monday. The name of the business is "Town Web Design".

It might look nice if "TOWN" is all caps. "Web Design" does not have to be in the same font/style as "TOWN". It can be different.

I'm looking for a flat logo design. Something simple and which makes good use of negative space.

Ideas that might work could be something that incorporates either a flag, an eagle or a municipal building, which are symbols of the government sector.

The colors should be:
blue - Hex code: 1899D7
red - hex code: D41C35

I will choose a winner by Monday at the latest. Payment will be sent by PayPal. If I really love a particular logo, I will end the contest early and send payment right away.

The chosen winner(s) will need to email me a 24-bit PNG with transparency.

 

Somebody PM'd me and asked if payment could be made by other means instead of only Paypal. So yes, if the winner would like to be paid by Payoneer, Skrill, or even Bitcoin, I am happy to accommodate.

Thanks for posting! The designs look too much like banners than logos. It should just have the two colors posted and maybe some black or white space.

I'd like something simple and not overly complex. Not too busy looking either. Something creating using the flat looking style.

@myillusion: Yep, I got your PM! I'd help me if you could post in the forum though, so I can more easily see them all at once. For the design of the eagle, I actually like the concept by @Kic3 above, which has a nicer-looking eagle face.

 

@Kic3: Very Nice! Could you please try experimenting with elements of an American Flag inside of the hexagon.

 

@EpicDesignGuy: I think the flag doesn't work well as an "N" in the word "town". It makes the business name look like "TOW".

Perhaps a different font is needed for TOWN. San Serif is suitable, but just a different kind.

Thanks @Saidbenssi for the design. It seems to look like a security company's seal (McAfee Anti-virus). Maybe you could incorporate the words "TOWN Web Design" inside without making the seal look overly complex
