    You can't have 2 Adsense accounts.

    Same bank account is not possible. But there is a possibility to you can use Same address, Same Payee name and different bank account of same person.

    I accidentally signup for a 2nd account years ago...
    apparently i had forgotten that I already had an account...

    You will eventially get caught, and banned...
    and bans are normally a life sentence...

    They dont care! Intentional is one thing, adsense
    does not even care if you did something by accident...

    I have not missed them since....

    The problem is that so many are running adsnese scams that the occasional innocent gets caught up in the security measures.
