    Cars and automobiles website with top SERP, high authority and 18,598 uv/monthly is available for sale. The website was built on Wordpress CRM and has 70+ unique articles. The monthly traffic is 18,598 uv/mo, 26,337 sessions/mo and 35,928 pageviews/mo. The bounce rates is 77,98% and the average duration per visit is 39 sec. The visitors comes from United States, China, Germany, Canada, France, United Kingdom, Italy and mostly sources by search engines (Google Yahoo, Bing), Social networks (Twitter, Facebook and Reddit) and referrals.

    The website has top SERP, as you can see in some of the attachments. The website is ranking top on "Car News Journal", "BMW Z5", "Audi Q2 car", "Audi SQ5 car", "Mercedes GLC F-Cell" and etc. The website has strong backlinks, but with more content and linkbuilding can improve the SERP and make the website even more visited.

    The monetization of the website comes from Ad Sales (Link, blogposts and banners), Adsense (until June 2016), Backlinks.com (text link sales) and CPA (Commission Junction). The combined revenues are around 105 USD/mo, as it can be seen from the attachments. The new owner will receive the list of all advertisers and can continue the current business, or to implement a new monetization model.

    The website is good and has chances to get indexed in google news, but needs more work. I do not have time to suppose and maintain it, so looking for new owner.

    Adsense is not banned. Website is fully legal for adsense.
    I stopped using adsense on this website 2-3 months ago.
    I have other websites for adsense and decided here to implement another strategy - CPA and ad sales.
