Got a warning, I need urgent help, please...

morning glory... got an email from adsense, warning me that i violate their TOS and have to make changes in the next 3 days.

i did see the technique i use on many other sites and did not realize it was a violation in any way...

anyway, i have a few questions and would deeply appreciate your help:

    1. On the URL mentioned above, what should i do? make the ads stand out or redesign the content's structure?

    2. since in the ending part of the email they said - if further violations will take place they may deactivate my account, i don't want to take a risk. so, if u have a few minutes, do u think i MAY be violating anything on the following pages?

    www.toptut.com
    www.liza-kliko.com/art
    www.liza-kliko.com/laurel-wreath
    www.loreleiweb.com
    www.loreleiweb.com/forum
    www.28freecards.com

i think the images displayed near the ads (wherever they are) are in according with their TOS, but i am not sure in anything anymore...

    3. if u do believe something is in question, what would u suggest?

    thanks in advance!

The ads are supposed to compliment your pages, not BE your pages!

You have no content on two of your pages - I didn't bother looking at any others after that.

First, if you are extremely concerned about your account, I would take them off immediately until you find a solution. That may be a generic grace period of 3 days they are given you.

And although I don't see anything blatantly wrong regarding too much blending, you should probably use the borders that come with Adsense. I know, yuck!

Though maybe millions other sites use blending. But seems you're unlucky to be noticed by google. I hope I could be lucky that Google never give me a warning.

Wow, the answer's right there: "Publishers may not implement Google ads in a manner that disguises the ads in any way, for instance, by formatting neighboring content to look similar to the ads"
Although I did not realize this was a problem until now, this is what your website contains, like most of ours have. You have made the ads look like your neighboring content. I looked at only 3 of your URLs and they all match.

I guess we're supposed to make the ads as ugly as possible.:)

But isn't that what just about every adsense publisher does? I guess having great search results that yield sites like these is ok with G:

    http://www.allhitechstuff.com/plasma.htm

Take a wild guess what I was searching for. Out of the 10 results on the first page, 9 where shit like that. Big Daddy was the biggest screw up in the history of G IMO. I've yet to see a relevant search result returned from Google since that update, that did not either have crap results, or completely unrelated sites. I would say more often then not, I even end up with search results that link to pages that do not even exist.

Are you sure that email came from google? If it did, then every adsense publisher on the planet is in trouble.

Well, just for YOUR information, this site:
    http://www.loreleiweb.com/free_web_hosting_directory/

has NO content and is in breach of at least 2 TOS that I know of, and I haven't read them that much.

Content? What content - if google have seen this site, you have quite rightly been issued with a warning - it is a disgraceful attempt at making something from google adsense without doing any work whatsoever.

    I agree. No content whatsoever.
I go to your pages, stay half second and get out.
Do you make any money with this?

So you went to this one, for instance?
    http://www.toptut.com/
And contend that there is no content. Wow, you're picky.

From all the sites alltogether i make about 500$ a month, hence i am worried about having the account suspended... thankfully most users do find a reason to stay ;)

as for a www.toptut.com, this blog is turning exactly 10 days old today, naturally it can't have hunderds of articles yet :D

Lorelei if you are making $500 a month from Adsense I would remove those ads ASAP from the site that is being questioned by Google.

Dont be wasting time on here at DP when your account is at risk.

Also it doesnt matter if one site can do what your are doing. Google is questioning your site thats what is important.

Lorelei, I think the change you made even looks better than before. I believe you have to email them now to show that you have made the changes.

(....side bars like my site...http://www.pangea-enterprises.net/designs.htm or even left and right, where my menu is)
