They have declared that not drinking responsibly can not only affect your liver and kidney but it can also create wide spectrum of health issues ranging from body to mind. The major health can be classified into two major categories: Effects of Alcohol on Brain(mind) and Effects of Alcohol on Body.

    Effects of Alcohol on Brain(Mind):

    Following are the majors effects of alcohol on brain and mind of the person who takes it without caution or for long time:

    1. Memory Loss

    The first and foremost effect of taking alcohol for a long time is memory loss i.e. type of dementia. The person taking alcohol begins to lose memories quickly. First, such person has problems with factual memories like remembering passwords, phone numbers, ATM pins and other numeric and factual data regardless of age. Dehydration of skin not only causes problem with complexion of such person but also can create other medical complexities. These medical complexities includes breaking and distending of capillaries especially on nose and cheeks.

    Other effects of alcohol includes widening of blood vessels causing loss of body heat which disturbs the haemostatic which is vital for proper functioning of human body.

    Alcohol can also result in depletion of vitamins and minerals which are very important not only for various functions but also for healthy complexion.

    2. Effects of Alcohol on Heart

    As heart is the most important organ of human body, so it is also not safe from the perils of drinking alcohol. The most common effect of alcohol is malfunctioning of heart. It may ultimately results in various heart diseases including the most famous one- heart attack which is the most common cause of death universally after forty of age.

    Alcohol has serious affects on reproduction systems of both males and females. Although the chemistry is different in males and females, but it does a serious damage.

These include drinking plenty of water to take care of kidneys as well as diluting the concentration of consumed alcohol. Recent researchers have also suggested that taking coffee can undo the damage of alcohol. Healthy lifestyle is also very important in keeping your life healthy and body fit. Exercising is not only key to better productivity but also greater health and proper functioning of human body.

    As a lifelong Englishman the grammar of that "article" is quite offensive to my eyes, was your buyer not an English speaker by any chance?
    I'll just point some of the more obvious grammar mistakes but as you seem to be suffering from truth blindness you probably won't take any notice.
