    thank you for the list I will look at it, I did find one after googling it and looking around that was a WordPress plugin. So I'm trying that out to see how it works.

    Did you try to check your site backlink from this site: http://www.backlinkwatch.com/ Just put your site into here and click "check backlink button". It will show you your sites all backlink with keywords. If your backlink show without keyword, Its mean in that page, your backlink removed.

    There are two ways.
    - If you have the list of your backlinks, then you can track down if they're still linking back to your site and active or not. Try this link tracker tool.
    - If you don't know which sites are giving a link to yours, then you can try ahrefs.
