Contest Logo for new ecommerce store - $35 to the best submission!

Hi all - looking for a combination mark OR emblem for the following:

The idea behind the shop is to be a bit off-color and humorous so anything that can evoke a sense of playfulness bordering on the obnoxious is what we're after. Colors are your choice as this is just the exploratory phase of site creation.

1. Logo runs for 5 days or until I see something that clearly hits the mark
2. No clip art/copyright images please - original designs ONLY
3. Logo MUST work for web and print - labels will be made from this logo too
4. The source files to be provided as .eps files
5. Winner will be paid $35 via Paypal
6. A winner WILL be chosen, so send me your best work!

 

Here's a simple one yet professional, you can suggest anything you want too I can make the logo you want. You just need to give me more information in case you don't like it, as of what it should look like and what is mainly used for. However I hope this gets picked, good luck to the others as well! * There are multiple versions, you can pick the one you like the most!

I'm going to reply to these individually, but before that I should clarify a couple of points - the logo is for bar soap that you bathe or wash your hands with. The packaging is meant to be humorous, like you're giving someone a bar of soap for a reason, that they need to get cleaned up. However, the soap itself is high quality handmade soap, so the logo needs to reflect both humour and quality. Hope that helps get some concepts that are closer.

 

Thanks for sending your idea - the mustache doesn't work but the font has a bit of a humourous feel. Would rather see something that integrates a visual and font elements together.

 

Thanks for your attempt. As I mentioned in another post, this is for bar soap and there's nothing in that that tells me anything about the product. I don't feel the font choices are appropriate either.

 

I like the idea of the funny face - can you make it be more indicative of what product we are using? Thanks for posting.

These are the entries I like the most so far. What other variations can you make on the soap face? Can you make the soap look a bit more humorous or mischievious? Also please note my earlier post to clarify what the product is, that may be more helpful as well. Neither font here feels right to me for the concept. Thanks for the effort and I hope you post more designs based on this feedback.
