    Hello all,

I would like advice from other content creators on my fashion blog. If you have a background in fashion, style, or beauty or online marketing your advice would be much appreciated.

I can't seem to expand my reach with my fashion blog. Over the last 6 months I have been dedicated to posting consistently especially with FB, but my blog/FB/Insta has seen no large increase despite what I think is much better content and much more frequent content! (FB every second day, Blog every week) I see many other fashion blogs with very poor content both visually and written, yet my blog has a very small reach and small following. I have only had about 3 comments on all the posts I have made over the years I have been running it.

I am also a professional full time portrait photography by trade... so surely it cannot be my content?
    (My photography business: www.facebook.com/theundefinedphotography)

I am clearly doing something very wrong. Is it my platform? My strategy? My site design? or my content?

Your thoughts and blunt critique is much appreciated!
    :)

Hi - nice to have another Kiwi on the board. Fashion is a tough niche but one that you seem to actually have credibility in. My daughter follows a stack of beauty gurus and fashion blogs and from what I've seen there's little logic about who gets famous except that once you are it seems easy to keep the ball rolling.

My sole comment about the blog would be the file size of the photos you've used - they were really, really slow to load. People will accept a bit of slack if they know the photo will be awesome but I wouldn't take that for granted. I'd be inclined to get off blogger and get a template that is a bit more vivacious.

Thank you Sarah! I really appreciate you taking the time to mention that. I have contemplated moving to Wordpress definitely, from the research I have done blogger is a no go! :)
