This week, I noticed lot of ranking fluctuation happening. Some keywords got good improvement and some of the keywords ranking dropped. It seems Google is rolling any update at the back-end.

    Did anyone notice the same?

I noticed it, but not more than usual. Take in consideration that for the keywords you are ranking there are at least thousands of competitors, and from that even if just a small percentage is making small adjustments, that will cause the SERPs to fluctuate.

I dont think changing the length of title will be cause to the fluctuation of ranking. I also saw some fluctuation of ranking these but may it was due to the any Google updates

There are dozens of continuous updates still running, so there will always be some minor drops/rises. The biggest updates always occur on May and October. No fluctiations on my end.
