Hi folks... I want to know about... how to remove bad reviews and complaints from Google Search Engine?
She is correct. Also build good relevant links and mentions from authoritative sites which should push down the negative reviews.
You can't simply delete the bad reviews from Google or other websites. To ensure that your customers are not dissatisfied with your services and post bad reviews provide them good and quality services.
It may have a bad effect if you have a physical business, but from what I read negative online reviews can benefit your online business. I read about a guy who actually PURPOSEFULLY provided bad customer service so that people would keep complaining about his online business (it was some kind of retail business). It all depends. People are not that gullible anymore. In the past a negative review could cost someone their business. Today, most people know that you can't fully trust online reviews since some of them (or in some cases most of them) are fake (posted by the competitors or by the company itself). Concentrate on building up / improving your business instead. You may never be able to get rid of those bad reviews, so why waste your time on something that may never happen?
@qwikad.com is on to something here. Online reviews are so plentiful and divergent that you can often find as many good as bad reviews of a product or company. What do you do then? You ignore them all. Having been a an eBay Powerseller with 16,000+ Reviews (years ago) I know too well that the majority of reviewers are complete idiots who likely could not cross the street without help. They are a major reason why I stopped selling there when eBay gave their ignorant buyers way too much credibility.
Firstly I suggest you, give the best service to your client. If your clients received good services then they automatical happy and not post negative comments about your services. Here is the second fact of negative comment, sometimes we gives goods services but all of our clients are not happy with these. And some are post negative comments for both business, & business person. And that situation I would suggest you to work on build a good online reputation. You need to hire the best reputation management company. Because you have no authority to remove all negative comments and negative comment are coming fast in top search results. A reputation management company handle your online profiles and also create some good profiles that defeat negative reviews. So that they pushed negative reviews on search engine results.
First off, make sure to treat your customers like GOLD! Because that's what they are to your business. Don't go about screwing your customers over and expect the word not to get out. Not saying this is what you're doing, but if you are Stop It! After all, bad news spreads faster than good news. And if you are doing your best to please your customers and have a few negative reviews, then just keep in mind that even the best businesses can't please everybody all of the time. There will be some complaints, but as long as the good outweighs the bad then don't worry yourself about it However, you should try your best to address and respond to these negative complaints and turn a unhappy customer into a happy one. If you do this, I'm sure that many will go back and delete or overshadow their negative review with a positive one.
Put yourself on your customer's shoes, how do you think you want to be treated as a customer? Give the kind of service to your customers that you'd want to receive to if you were the customer. And also, if you think you've given them an excellent service then ask for a review.
Guys, you seem to be missing the point. The bad reviews are already there. The question was "How to remove bad reviews from Google". The answer is or should be "You probably can't". Do you think there are no bad reviews reg. digitalpoint out there? There are a few. Who cares. 99% of the people do not go by reviews. You can write a million negative reviews about WalMart, nobody is going to stop shopping there. Why? Because people like shopping there. It meets their needs. It's that simple. If people like your business and it "meets their needs" no negative review is going to really (or at all) hurt it.
The best way to remove bad reviews from 1st page of Google SERP is to surpass them with +ve reviews. However, if reviews that are generated directly through Google-owned sites such as the Google Local Business Center, it is simple enough to get a negative review removed. Simply contact the site webmaster and request the removal of the offending review, including details of why the content is false or inappropriate. If not, contact the website’s webmaster, asking him or her to remove the content, or at least indicate to Google that it shouldn’t crawl or index the page. Websites may require a compelling reason to remove reviews, so back up your request with as much proof as possible. The other ways around are: - You can push (built links to) other positive results on the 2nd page. - Write a good PR about the company (if -ve mentions are for company). - Built Social profiles on FB, Twitter, Linked in etc (Google gives priority and shows profiles up in results) - Ask your satisfied customers to post testimony on site where -ve review is/are present. - If it is a business listing site where -ve review is posted. Claim the listing and change the business name, address. Hope this helps.
According to me posting some new google reviews and bad review automatically down. Its simple and effective technique. Thanks
To flag a review for removal: Navigate to Google Maps. Search for your business using its name or address. Select your business from the search results. In the panel on the left, scroll to the “Review summary” section. Under the average rating, click [number of] review Scroll to the review you’d like to flag and click the flag icon . Complete the form in the window that appears and click Submit.
Just Mark all bad reviews as "flag" with different gmail accounts so that your bad reviews will be removed from google automatically!
