    when u people are going to take honey so u must have a deep eye what type of honey we should ,there are two types of honey small honey bee and big honey bee .i have read and heared alot more about small honey bee is so much beneficial for chronic and acute inflammations like u can take it in every type of disease it.there are alot of method to take honey ,if u have high blood pressure then u must have to take it in cold water .it improves digestion and immunity and acting as a natural skin lightening agent are a few health benefits of lemons. It is believed that drinking the honey and lemon water mixture every morning on an empty stomach boosts metabolism which helps you lose weight.if u have low bp then in normal water in early in the morning.it has healing properties.anti oxidants,anti cancer,anti bacterial, in the old history the people use honey with turmeric when they injured internally or externally. and they heal soon , it was short description on honey , my mean to say that it has many work and geeting slim with honey is not a big deal . u can be come slim and smart with the use of honey and better with lemon , use half lemon juice and two table of honey in hot water daily. if u have any question about honey can ask me further .thanx

    Natural honey (not the stuff from factories) can have trace elements which clinical studies have proven to be helpful. However the key ingredient of honey is SUGAR and consuming sugar leads to an insulin response and that will NEVER lead to weight loss.

    Honey can be used as an immune booster and Aphrodisiac. A syrup made from Honey and onion is very effective in restoring sexual power. The juice of honey and onion mixing in the ratio of 2:1 should be on fire and the fire should be taken off when it obtains the consistency of syrup.

    For a long time, I had been concern about the advantages and disadvantages of eating honey, until I recently did a little research to find out. This is what I found:

    Manuka Honey strengthens the immune system. The School of Medicine, Cardiff University, UK found in a study that honey stimulates the production of immune cells.

    Please note that there are different types of honey depending on the floral source of the nectar.


    Buckwheat honey is particularly helpful during winter because it is high in antioxidants and immune boosting properties. This Buckwheat honey has a darker and richer flavour that looks almost like molasses and can keep you in good health during the winter period. However, you must be careful not to consume cups full of honey at a time because it is a sugar and will most certainly contribute to you becoming overweight - it is high in calories.


    There are about 40 types of honey, each with unique properties and distinctive taste, with darker honey being higher in antioxidant levels. Honey from a single plant species known as Monofloral Honey has the lowest glycemic index (GI) whereas, honey from the Black Locust tree ( Locust Honey) has a GI of 32. The honey with the highest glycemic index at 69 (Clover honey) is the one that is used commercially.


    It is much better to consume your honey raw and pure as appose to that which is refined. There are vitamins, minerals and enzymes present in raw honey that is absent from the refined one.

    If you take only honey than it will increase weight but if you take it will lemon juice it will decrease your weight. A personal experience.
