    The relevance of your text ad
    The relationship of every keyword to its ad group
    The CTR
    The past performance of your adwords account

    Break out your campaigns with different ad groups with the ads tailored to the keywords. For example, if you have a search campaign selling a guestbook and you have dozens of keyword phrases which may include things like "buy wedding guest book" "wedding guest book" "birthday party guest book" etc. You should narrow this campaign down into many different ad groups where one has all the keywords which include wedding in them and the ad itself should include the words wedding guest book. Each ad group should have as few keywords as possible associated with it.

    Keywords: Your Keywords are the most prominent factor and are defined as “Poor”, “Ok”, or “Great” depending on their seeming relevance to the rest of the account.
    AdText: Ads should be relevant to any keyword listed in your ad group and should contain keywords.
    Landing Page: Your landing page is crawled by spiders for keywords.
    CTR: Helps the quality score determine an ad’s position on a search engine results page, as well as the minimum cost per click.
    Minimum Bids: These are determined by quality score, when Google decides how relevant the keyword is to the search query.
    Campaign/Account: Google has not confirmed to what level of analysis they factor in campaign and whole account relevancy or data.
    Ad Performance History: Site targeted and search network ads’ performance history is used to determine rank.

    - long tail keywords;
    - proper Ad development;
    - creating dedicated landing pages;
    - track all data carefully;
    - incorporate Ad extensions;
    - A/B/C Split testing;
    - improve your Ad score;
    - get creative with niche sites;
    - refresh regularly;
    - brainstorming.
