I want to lower adwords cpc, right now i'm getting 1.6 dollars cpc for 1.6 dollar keyword, when i'm lowering cpc impression count drops dramatically, i know that i must have less cpc than keywords default cpc, but i did not want to lose competition to others, is there any way to get less cpc and same positions on search? i'm using only search clicks

You need to create great landing pages rich with keyword(s) and A/B test ads.
Before that, you need to create great AdGroups.
If you need help ask here, for better help - I am an owner of Google Partner Agency.

Try to change your keywords type from broad to phrase or from phrase to exact. Add more negative keywords, increase content on your landing page relevant to your keywords and then review again your ads text.

You don't have the permission to do this. The CPC cost is defined by Google itself. If you have a low budget, change your keywords you're targeting at. Some keywords cost even $2 per click.

Ad rank is all about the quality score. You will lower your CPCs for up to 70% by increasing your Quality score (10/10).

Ad Rank is calculated using your bid amount, the components of Quality Score (expected clickthrough rate, ad relevance, and landing page experience), and the expected impact of extensions and other ad formats.

    How to lower Adwords CPC
    1. Make sure landing pages are relevant,
    2. Structure keywords into ad groups so you can create relevant ad for each keyword (ad group)
    example
    keywords:
organic olive oil, quality organice olive oil, buy organic olive oil, organic olive oil for sale, ...
    ad:
Organic Olive Oil - Certified quality. From $6 for bottle.
    www.organicoliveoil.com/organic
See our oil & order now.
    3. Test different ads for CTR
    4. Create mobile optimized Ads
    5. Create ad extensions:
    Example
    Ad Group:
    Organic olive oil
    Sitelink Extensions:
Premium organic olive oil | Best selling organic olive oil | olive oil production | other olive products
    Callout:
100% organic | Free shipping | Same day delivery | 100% certified product

To lower the budget for ads, all you have do is improve the quality score by all means. Ads are listed in SERPs by measuring quality score so even the bid amount is low your ad can get listed first.

Have you considered targeting more long-tail keywords? Generally these keywords go for much less than generics and often deliver more targeted traffic (increasing conversion). I recommend trying out a few long-tail campaigns to give it a try.

The only way is to improve your CTR and quality score (landing page and site relevancy with ad text and query). I'd start with checking Search Query report, make sure there's only relevant queries, otherwise add them to negative keywords, this can help increase CTR and thus lower CPC.

Basically, you need to increase your AdRank in order to obtain the same results for a lower spend. Essentially, total impressions are governed to a large extent by ad position. Positioning yourself above the fold on the first page will dramatically increase your impression share. There are many ways to increase your AdRank, which will increase your ad position dollar for dollar, but the most relevant are usually the following: Make sure the ad has the search term or a close derivative within the text itself. Make sure your landing page has the relevant keywords in the H1, copy, and if possible, is SEO optimized for like terms.
