When creating your domain name, I suggest to keep the following factors in mind:

    1. Length of Name: Shorter names (less than six characters) are considered to be more memorable - and more popular - than longer domains. With that said, make your name easy to pronounce, spell, and remember.

    2. SEO (Search Engine Optimization) Potential: Using frequently searched keywords when creating your blog/domain name more likely tends to generate a lot of website traffic from search engines. Remember to also create a name that is relevant in regards to what your blog/website will offer to your target audience.

If needed, you can always use name generators such as Domains Bot (http://www.domainsbot.com/), Name Mesh (http://www.namemesh.com/) or Panabee (http://www.panabee.com) to give you more ideas/inspiration for a name.

In the end, no matter what domain name you decide to go with, you need to make sure it is available for you to acquire as a website as well. You should do this when you create your blog because in case you decide to create a website related to the blog, you don't want the domain to not be available; thereby showcasing a lack of continuity with your blog and website. Simply use tools like Instant Domain search (https://instantdomainsearch.com/) or Domain Name Search (DISCLAIMER - The following link will take you to a Dynadot landing page: https://www.dynadot.com/domain/search.html) to do a domain search and play around with some ideas to find the right domain name for you and your brand. These tools also provide you with suggestions for alternative names that are available and may be to your liking.

    Hope this helps! :)
