    Get a video editor first, such as Screenflow, Camtasia, or Premiere. There are many others to choose from as well.

    Then go to YouTube or Udemy to study the basics of using those softwares.

    okay since your question is vague ill try my best to make my answer as not-vague as possible

    1- screen recording
    you can use a screen recording software and record your actions while using your pc/ playing games/ creating art etc

    requires very little effort to make a video here - almost no editing needed


    2. vlog type/rant type videos

    you need a camera....and an editing software this way is harder, you gotta write a script, record yourself, add effects, edit it a hundred times over and still struggle to get a decent video done

    Camtasia is an all in one solution you can download it from there site and get a 30 free trial of the software which should give you plenty of time to make the video.
