Microsoft blocked me

Discussion in 'Legal Issues' started by striving1, May 12, 2016.

This happened last time when I sent mass PM's to all members (gives email too). Also when I send newsletters.

But now Microsoft has once again blocked domain and none of the emails are being delivered to members using any of Microsoft's email addresses, which includes hotmail, live and msn emails.

    What do I do?

Send them via a respected mail tool like mailchimp/mandrill and have all the special keys set and see if that helps.

You can also use an automated email program that sends emails in a staggered manner. So, one hour it sends a few out, then over X hours it will finish sending out your mass email. This is probably more efficient this way and you can also time your emails :)

Yeah, but sadly this doesn't always resolve the issue - as some companies (won't mention here) - utilize automated system's to review those, and other domain or account-recovery (including email) claims or requests. Best of luck to you though, and my advice is not to give up, regardless of how many appeals it takes - and to also perform your due diligence to locate live phone-numbers for support by Microsoft - appropriate to this area of concern.
