Mailchimp has a free plan which allows you to send out 12k emails monthly. Maybe you could split the list into 5 groups, and do 1 group per month

Sending spam to complete random emails would likely be a complete and total waste of time. You need to be "relevant" to your target audience.

Lets say that 60k list is from online gaming players. Sending out an email, tailored to them, promoting affiliate links to other online games could see them both reading the email, and clicking through on the links.

If the list is nothing to do with your niche, and not a niche that you can market to at all, then you might as well throw the list away.

You have lost your $50, Why?
Because you have purchased email .

    https://blog.mailchimp.com/a-purchased-list-is-a-dead-list/

MailChimp don't allow you to send email to purchased email list

You could try Sendy, a self hosted mailer, it's a one off payment of $59 and emails are posted through Amazon at $1 per 10,000. Don't pay them for the set up, it's about $80, you can get the complete set up for a couple of Fivver gigs

No legitimate email marketing service will let you send emails without them opting in.

I understand what you're saying, but as far as I'm aware Sendy does not require re-verification, it's Amazon that does the policing.
" Amazon SES provides a built-in feedback loop that includes bounce, complaint, and delivery notifications."

When you say re-verification you mean double opt-in, right? It still requires the subscriber to opt-in to receive emails.

No, this is from EasySendy FAQ, they provide pre-installed Sendy hosting
IF I’M IMPORTING A LIST FROM ANOTHER PROVIDER (E.G. MAILCHIMP), DO I HAVE TO RE-VERIFY MY SUBSCRIBERS?
Absolutely not. Your emails can be sent right away.

    Here's the source
    https://sendy.easysendy.com/faqs/#12

However you can fall foul of Amazon
"Note that if your email is detected to be of poor or questionable quality (e.g., high complaint rates, high bounce rates, spam, or abusive content), Amazon SES might temporarily or permanently reduce your permitted send volume, or take other action as AWS deems appropriate."
    source
    https://aws.amazon.com/ses/faqs/

    EDIT
Sorry, I forgot to mention that EasySendy require you to purchase your own Sendy license ($59), they just set it up and link your Amazon SES account. Then they charge you $19.00 pm for the hosting

You have paid $50 for complete garbage. No legitimate list owner would sell such a large list for such a small sum of money. Even a rental for one time use would be orders of magnitude higher in cost. A complete buy-out for such a list (if it were real, audited, etc.) would cost tens of thousands of dollars. I know because I do rent mailing, emailing and telemarketing lists from legitimate brokers and list owners on a regular basis. My suggestion is that you not even waste your time trying to email to the list as it will produce nothing.

It is far better to build a double opt-in list using some free service like Privy popups - this will pay-off in the long run.

Yes infact, you should have asked before buying it from Warriorforum. Anyways, you should also have researched earlier about sending bulk mailers, before buying it. I too have 50k facebook emails, which I had got from other forum, but it was for free, so I just got it as my collection, never used it though.
Its better, you contact the seller and ask him, how he has been using these emails for promoting.
