    Google is not going to be replaced by Bing anytime soon. Google has Android and Chrome to leverage its search engine. Microsoft is playing catch up. The only company that Google fear is probably Facebook. Everyone knows that once you're inside Facebook, you won't need Google (that much) to search for things.
