Buying Need help with WordPress site! Users and admin can't login?!

    I need help with a WordPress site. Users are unable to login and the admin is not able to login to the backend either.

    Can someone please help? Will pay $20 via PayPal after its fixed. Thanks!

    Hello there,

    Try renaming the plugins folder on the server, then logging in. If that allows you to log in, then rename the folder again back to 'plugins' then start renaming the plugins in the folder to see which one is causing the issue. If renaming the plugins folder does not work, then try the themes folder.

    If you have some basic knowledge of database then you can reset it using PHPMyAdmin
