Contest 10 USD Logo design for a WordPress services site

Hello everyone,

My site URL is wptransferer.com (under-construction), I am looking for a logo which describes the service. We mainly offer services to migrate wordpress site to new host or change domain of a WordPress site to a different one.

So I would like the tagline to be : We migrate WordPress site to new host

The size of the logo needs to be 260x90 exactly please with transparent background. Anything that would relate to moving, migration or transfer would be good for the logo.

I would like to run the contest for 48 hours in which I will pickup the design which I like. So I request all participants to watermark their designs. In the worst event that I don't like any design, I will end the contest without any winner.

I am sorry HoussemNeo, but this won't pass. Can you please consider making a minimal design without the glow and use blue color where ever possible? You know about WordPress right? Please take the idea from there.

Hi Coolwanz,

It is WP transferer. Please consider adding a server so that it looks like data is being transferred. And that arrow might get me in trouble with Amazon (haha), please use the arrow in between servers if possible.

 

Good work with the servers Animman, can we replace those dots with arrows some how and how about making WP in blue color and enhancing the tagline a bit?

Coolwanz, it still doesn't stand out. Change the font first please, it is too simple, next please don't split the servers apart the entire logo. You can think of something like Animaman did with stacking the server look.

 

The entry I like so far

The squares (which look like lights on the server) can be tilted so that they align perfectly with the rectangles. Overall a good design Animman The logo size will be 260x90 pixels, so I think tagline will be distorted at that size, so can you enlarge the tagline a bit keeping the logo frame size in mind.

I like the concept of the arrows within the server. It looks good. But the font just doesn't suit. It looks like Times New Roman. Please change the font and consider keeping WP capital and remaining words small. The tagline is looking good in all caps, may be it will stand out if you use a different font.

Thanks for your feedback, the previous font was as such to match the look and feel of Wordpress (since WP is using almost the similar font).

The design looks good. I like your choice of colors. But I prefer the server design instead of the sphere. It would be perfect for a travelling site though. How about using server design and implementing the arrows in the way it looks good?

Hi,

Please consider using small letters for transferer and use black color for it and tilt the server so that it looks 3d instead of 2d, just like Animman did.

 

Really nice, WP in caps looks good, but still the tagline isn't visible with the grey color. Please try using dark black color instead of grey and may be increase the font size a bit for tagline. Upload your revision in 260x90 pixels.
