Subscription Issue

    I'm attempting to activate a subscription with digital point for Premium Membership, however during the process I continually get an error saying that I have to add funds to my account before I can send more money.

    I have a credit card and a Bank account linked to my paypal AND I have the required 25 USD in my account for the membership. So this error makes little sense.

    In addition I contacted paypal and they couldn't see any issues on their end. They recommended that I send an email to and see if you guys could add it manually through an invoice to my paypal account.

    Sorry, there isn't a way to override it manually on this end. If your PayPal account is giving you an incorrect error, the only ones that will be able to help would be PayPal.
