    It's depend on what wp theme you use. Usually paid wp theme provides the demo files that you can install.

    You would need sample content files for that. Normally most themes won't provide it.

    You should have a file you can import which will generate the exact same website as the sample you saw.
    There should be documentation included with the theme that tells you how to do that exactly.

    If the theme doesn't come with demo files contact the theme provider and ask for a demo content xml file. You can upload this in your WordPress admin > tools > import area
