I am working with popads half year and they always paid me.
I don't know about other in this thread, but my traffic is real if not many other networks would never pay me (Popads, popcash, shorte.st) they pay me regularly
Maybe you work for poptm.

I don't why people are saying that they are scam network. I've been paid every single time that I've requested and the longest it ever took to receive payment was 72 hours Here's latest proof of payment

Iam from Poptm team, could you please tell me what's wroung with you, how come you can say an ad network scam without any proof, we are not flooding you are flooding here. If you are affected please do submit your proof over here that you are scammed and we will proof what the exact thing is and let the users decide.

its not ironic? they banned the guys from poptm but they are displaying poptm banner, (maybe the moodyrator have no clue that poptm paying DP)lol

They sent an email regarding that issue.
Because of some holiday bank issues they'll start paying after the 29th.

I just got paid recently. They have made more than 3 payments within this month for ard. $100. So far so good.

 

I got payment as well took a minute but I got payment nonetheless.

 

I've got $4/day with popads.net and make $0.45/day using poptm.com. removed.....

 

EDITED : This is SCAMMER Network,only pay if you get lower earning and get rejected payment if you get increased Earning
$10-$13 you will get payment but $20 - upper you will get rejected payment with reason FAKE TRAFFIC, i have 12 site in my poptm account and i am only use histats to view my site traffic stats i send my histats link to check and get answer Fake traffic,i am use popads and popcash 4-5 year and never get this funny reason to reject payment request
