    CPA could work on entertainment websites. try to apply on maxbounty or peerfly as they have offers that is suitable to your niche

    As adsense is one of the best publishing site, but you should join some pay per visit ( CPM) banner giving publisher which will increase your earning opportunity, also you can keep some download option for some entertaining songs or video which will increase your earning opportunity with such huge traffic.

    Is it display ads only ? What about pops ?

    For entertiment traffic would be good to try Propellerads.
    We mainly advertise over there, and prices on USA traffic qute high

    If you are receiving that amount of traffic,add amazon ads and CJ ads,linkshare and etc- as mentioned by other members.I would try different ads as txt are image ads and see if the change of revenue is better or less.But with that kind of traffic the earnings is still great.
