    Is it possible to create custom URL for the personal Google+ profile? I did it for one of my business pages but I don't know how to do it for my personal profile.

    There are a few rules to keep in mind when you’re trying to get a custom URL. If you’re having trouble, make sure:
    • You have ten or more followers (people who have added you to their circles)
    • Your account is at least 30 days old
    • Your profile has a profile photo
    • Your account is in good standing

    Note: once you change your default Google + URL to your unique URL you cannot change it back after. Choose wisely :)

    As others mentioned yes you can, you need to fulfill certain criteria before that is possible. Follow the instructions above but also be careful, once you go custom you can not go back. Some people use their own personal G+ for business as well so be careful of what you do now.
