    Speed of server (you can text),Call center and Costumer support(Response times and quality of reply),uptime of server,price and resource of server like cup,ram,bandwidth shared or not something else,backup assurance,option customized,location,money back or not.

    PHP 4? Are you kidding. It's 2016. It should be PHP 5 and PHP 7, preferably with PHP 7 as default.
