    Sedo is more popular for undeveloped domains whereas Flippa is for developed websites.

    Depending on your website stats, I can usually fetch more selling privately than on Flippa.

    I would be willing to check it out, however if we do decide to work together - I would need you to transfer the domain and website to me. This is non-negotiable.

    I will send you 50% of the websites appraised value as security, which will be refunded to me after the sale.

    I also charge 20% of the final sale price as commission.
