Application for the US Payment Service is open to all cardholders, even if you have not received any payments or you have just recently been approved for an account.

 

if you using merchant account like plimus, you may apply for payoneer

 

Thanks for your reply, but I didn't fully understand. I read several times on diffrent boards that the main condition for receiving VBA is to get 3 payments during 3 months. As I understood, the payoneer card's "age" must be at least 3 months. That's why I'm asking: is it necessary to wait for 3 months or I can get my bank account even if I received my card a week ago

This was a requirement when the service was in a closed pilot. We have recently opened application for the service to all Payoneer cardholders, without the requirement of receiving payments or being active for a certain amount of time.

All applications are subject to approval by our US Payment Service department.

Very glad to know that applications for US VBA are now open to all cardholders. I am a payoneer user since 2009, and it works just perfect.
Can this virtual bank account be Linked with paypal? also, are there any limits on deposits/withdrawals, are they the same as the master card?

Hi jdiid, thanks for the great feedback, I'm glad to hear that you're satisfied with our service.

We do accept payments from PayPal via the US Payment Service, so long as you have the option available in your PayPal account. There is no limit to the amount you can receive via the US Payment Service. All payments are automatically loaded to your Payoneer card, which you can then use worldwide where MasterCard is accepted.
