This is for a permanent advert on one page of http://technology-and-gadgets.com. The advert will be at the top of the page. Below you will see an example of how your advert will look. This advert is currently HALF PRICE.

    traffic-world-of-gadgets-explained.gif
To see an example of what an advert looks like on site go to http://technology-and-gadgets.com/0001-hidden-cameras.shtml The advert "Are You Psychic?" at the top of the page is in the same position on that page as the advert you get when you buy this deal (although your advert will be on a brand new page).

Normally I charge $120 for a spot like that. But at the moment I am only charging $60. Get it now while it is still half price. And remember - you usually have to pay $10 to $20 per month for a link like that, but you are getting it "forever", so within three to six months the advert will have paid for itself, and from then on you get free advertising "forever". It is in a prime spot. And the best part is that it is "non scrolling". It stays at the top of the page all the time.

You can have either a banner advert or a text advert. However there are some rules:

    1. This is a "suitable for everyone" website, so no adverts for sites selling/recommending/discussing stuff that is unsuitable including (but not limited to): pornography, gambolling, tobacco products, vaping, drugs (both legal and illegal) or banners/adverts that show representation thereof. Obviously the usual suspects (illegal sites, cruelty sites, hate sites, sites advocating racism or other bigotry, etc) may not be advertised either. If in doubt, ask me, the worst that can happen is that I say "no".

    2. The banner and/or text of the advert must be accurately representative of the site.

    3. Dead links harm a sites Google ranking so if your site or banner 404s I will remove your link. If you have a genuine problem and notify me reasonably promptly, I'll restore the link as soon as it is fixed at your end. But if it dead for a long time and you don't contact me, I'll assume you have given up the site, and it is dead, so I will eventually resell the spot.

    4. I have a lot of trouble with people buying a link for an OK site, then changing either the site or the banner to something that is not OK. Or to something that would be OK if the advert and site matched, but changing one or other so that they don't match. I don't want any blind links on this site, so if you try either trick on me and you change the site or banner so that the advert is no longer representative of the site, or either no longer obeys the rules set out here, I will remove your advert and resell the spot. In such a case you will not get a refund.

    5. Your advert will be on the site FOREVER, so obviously we cannot host your banner, or we would loose money on every deal. So we only display it. This means you have to supply a URL to a banner (eg. "http://www.your-site.com/banner.jpg). If this is a problem for you (I know it is for some people) remember that you can have a text link instead.

    6. If you want a banner link, it must be at least five times as wide as high. This is because the site is 100% responsive, and the surfer's browser will make your advert as big as possible. If it is less than five times as wide as it is high, this will make it obscure the text on wide screen monitors. (N.B. it can be wider than five times the height. For example, standard banners are 468 x 60 which is nearly eight times the width as height, that would be fine). You can see an example of a banner exactly five times as wide as high at http://technology-and-gadgets.com/0001-hidden-cameras.shtml and an example of a wider banner (a 468 X 60 banner) at http://technology-and-gadgets.com/0003-nokia-mobile-phones.shtml.

    7. If you want a text link you can have a heading of up to 30 characters/spaces and a body text of up to 200 characters/spaces. There is an example of a text advert at http://technology-and-gadgets.com/0002-gps.shtml.

Advertising is cheap and simple, and at the moment is half price, so buy it it now, before the price goes up!

Sorry, thought I had said that the reason this is so cheap is that it is a new site, it is not one of my long established sites.

Ok, a new site (2 weeks old domain with 8 pages indexed in G.) and a permanent link, so how do you normally charge $120 for that spot and now it is down to 60. If you have already sold 1 spot to someone so far it would have been taken permanently, right?!
    This is ridiculous....

Sorry for the confusion: I have lots of sites, on some I have permanent ads for sale at $120. I am using that model on this site. But because it is a new site I am charging half price for a limited time. When it gets more established, I'll be charging $120. However since it is a permanent advert, your ad will still be there after the price goes up. So you will get all the traffic you would have got if you had waited and bought the spot after the price had gone up. Plus you will also get whatever traffic you get before it reaches that point. So basically, you are paying less and getting more! More traffic for half price than you normally get for full price! That is what I was trying to say in the first post, but I had to fit in full T&C,. and was also trying not to sound like a carny barker, so it would appear I did not make that clear. Sorry.
