Google isn't processing payment

Hello everyone,

few month ago my friend has made Google Adsense account via proxy. He's a YouTuber so the first month his payment was fine I mean he has taken money out, but on the second-month google has stopped processing his payments. Google hasn't banned his account but after to month, payment is still not processing. Does this issue caused an account made by proxy or not? And if not can you please tell me what's the main reason for this issue? Thanks

P.s He got 2 strikes on his youtube accoount in cause of this his monetization was suspended. On the other hand, when he took money out the monetization has already been suspended.

 

i thought if your youtube account got kicked, you lost everything in your adsense account too

 

Why via proxy? That would have to be a red flag that he is up to something that he should not be up to.

 

I don't care about youtube account. Adsense account doesn't lose there's just one problem payment isn't processing. How to get Adsense process my payment?

Once upon a time, Google has disabled my Adsense account so I went to make another by proxy so I did it. The first month was fine, then I got 2 strikes and monetization option got disabled but google processed my payment anyway and I took out the money, but then everything changed when it was a time for second payment google hasn't processed my payment. And after 2 month nothing changed.

 

Then that makes you a fraudster and a scammer. They have now obviously caught you. Forget about the money.
