I am assuming you have contacted Udemy and received permission in writing to use their trademark in your domain name?

You must be the smoothest talker in Digital Point.

Well, he might be a bit of a smartass, but he does make a valid point. It's always a risk to buy a domain name that includes a registered trademark in the domain name. If Udemy has an aggresive legal department, they certainly can take over the domain from you without compensating you. Kind of like that guy on digital point who is selling googlechome.info. "Google" and "Chrome" both in the domain name? Good luck with that. If Google wants the domain, they'll get it.

I'm only a smartass after seeing my 100th illegal domain on Digital Point.

Sorry, I don't have a prize for you or anything.

I could care less, it's not my problem.

However, maybe someone here doesn't realize that you're breaking the law - wouldn't you feel bad if theyou paid you and then the domain was confiscated?

You don't have to call them, they'll come a calling on you. Happens all the time. Big businesses are always on the watch for trademark infringement, and domain names are an easy find for them.
