    I will buy sites with the following formula and criteria
    If this does not suit you do not PM

    No sites younger than 3 months old.
    No sites with spammy backlinks
    ONLY adsense sites
    Able to screenshare adsense via skype
    G analytics and webmaster tools shared
    ONLY sites with google organic traffic - not interested in social and referrals etc

    For sites less than 1 year old:
    Last 6 months average revenue per month x number of months it has been earning revenue = estimated sale price

    Sites older than 1 year and have earned revenue for at least 1 year:
    Last 12 months average revenue per month x number of months it has been earning revenue = estimated sale price

    This may be adjusted downwards if you have trending decreasing traffic and revenue

    Only PM the site do no post the url here, everyone knows google is looking on this site.
