Walmart Affiliate program - Bonus incentive for Contact Lenses

Hi everyone!

Walmart Affiliate program is looking for publishers who can drive Contact Lenses sales:

We pay 10% commission for all sales from this category:
https://affiliates.walmart.com/#!/benefits

And, on top of that, if you drive:
$1,000 in sales through Feb 29, we will add $25 to your commission
$2,500 in sales through Feb 29, we will add $75 to your commission
$5,000 in sales through Feb 29, we will add $150 to your commission
$10,000 in sales through Feb 29, we will add $250 to your commission

If you already part of our program (through LinkShare/Rakuten), that's great! just inbox me your SID and I'll enroll you in this program.

If you're not, apply for the program, send me your SID and I will manually approve you (assuming you meet our requirements).

Only sales toward Contact Lenses count toward the bonus above. For example, when a customer purchase a Contact lense and later an HDTV, only the contact lenses sales count toward the bonus pool. You will still get commission on both purchases.

I tried to apply and contact walmart affiliate program manager multiple time to apply, but they wouldn't bother responding to me. Not a great way to brand your program.
