    Homework?

I used to do business analysis and one of the first things people would say is that their business isn't that different from any other, and then we'd spend a day proving them wrong. There is no such thing as a "general organisation"

Now, if you had a business in mind and were trying to cost out what it would take to get up and running we could probably help. Trying to make a blanket statement is asking for trouble - unless it's homework and you are at high school.

Phones: do some research on pabx versus voip - I'm not sure what the big corporates are using these days
Servers: what and how many will depend on their business, what software they use for accounts, CRM and specialist tasks
Terminals: can staff use netbooks or thin clients or do they need powerful computers. I don't know how things are in Tanzania but some companies require staff to take laptops home at night because of office break ins. Can staff hot desk or do they need their own machine?

    Specifications: that could mean anything

It really depends on the business. If it's for a business that requires a person to generate a login/password to create a profile that they use, then that company's memory requirements will be greater than a business that uses their website to get general information about their services out to the public, such as a funeral home. The quantity of equipment depends on the business as well. An interactive website that has to be available 24x7 will require more and larger equipment, taking into consideration redundancy in case one server fails, another server can take over it's load. Whereas the funeral home requirements wouldn't be as large because they wouldn't necessarily lose thousands of dollars if the server is down for a couple hours in the middle of the night waiting for the server to get rebooted in the morning.
