    Only admins/moderators can make a thread sticky. I suspect I wouldn't be able to make "sticky" topics on your site(s) either. :)

    Not even affiliate managers can.

    You can create an "official" thread but unless your program became so famous you would stand a chance of it being sticky. I guess you could always let us know why you think your program is so deserving of special treatment, like how it's so superior to anything else out there - but I doubt you can.
