My sites generate 10 million Impressions in 3 months. How can I use this traffic at its best?

I have four sites that generate almost 10 Million impressions in 3 months. I am currently running few AdSense ads on my sites and a CPM from mgid (That kinda sucks). How can I perfectly utilize this traffic?

Affiliate sites don't convert very well for entertainment traffic as the visitors aren't really coming to your site with the intention of purchasing anything. Adsense is probably the way to go, but with that much traffic you could try selling advertising on your site.

Thanks for you Reply! You are right, I kind of figured out that affiliate may not be good for my niche. One question btw, when you say, I can try selling advertisements on my site, you mean CPM networks or is there any site where I can find advertisers for my site with Static ads?

Earning fluctuates anywhere around 5k to 11k USD a month, depending on the seasons. For example, entertainment niche is usually in the gutter for the first quarter of the year.

 

My 99% of traffic is from US, UK and other European countries.

 

Got an emailing list? You can use them to provide excellent content and also promote affiliate deals, your own services etc.

Anyway .. you do make a killing with the income

 

1. Create a mailing list
2. Sell banner space
3. Start affiliate marketing
4. Create your own product and sell it

With those numbers the possibilities are limitless.

I would sign up for CJ affiliate program and I am telling you, the best will be fashion. Become an affiliate to sites like ShopBop or Ssense (I hope I spelled it correctly). From that point, each sale is $1,000 minimum. Commissions are really nice. I tested it. I created automated site from the datfeed and dropped it on fashion related domain I got from register compass and made $5K in commission in two weeks before Google dropped the domain. It was so quick. With your traffic, you will be making $50,000 from ShopBop alone... I guarantee! Hope to get at least one like for my answer. There is all kinds of traffic out there today. The question that comes to my mind is is it quality traffic? Thats the first part.
Those kind of impressions with decent traffic and adsense you should be making a couple to a few hundred per day just with adsense alone.

When I first got started online 6 years ago I was getting around 2 to 4 thousand visitors per day to my website and I was making on average $400 per day just with adsense.

 

It was just around 1500 visitors per day for short period of time. Nothing special. I loaded products in asp.net platform from the CJ xml data file just to test it out.... WOW it was big...

 

I wouldn't necessarily sell the banner space directly to advertisers. Instead you should allow direct advertisers to compete on a CPM basis within an Ad Exchange. This will increase the competition for ad inventory on your site, which should ideally increase revenue.

 

I use pop ads from ad-maven and for us i get really really high rates.

 

5K to 11K a month does not sound right to me, the conversion rate is way above if you consider all the traffic is legit. Do you mind sharing your website. and also how old are these websites? 10million in 3 months, I hope you do not mean just started three months ago.

 

Join some affiliate company, covert the traffic to sales.

 

The stats appear to be strange. Is your site new?
