Google keywords tool is correct?

    Hello folks

    I am little bit confused when i go in Keyword tool because he show me two different results.
    Example: When i type social bookmarking then i see monthly searches for that is 8.100 but when i go up then in the blue field, monthly searches is 5.510.000

    Can somebody explain me what is correct number then? Sincerely

    The 5 million figure is all the "keyword ideas" combined, not just "social bookmarking".
    Social Bookmarking alone is 8,100 monthly.

    Thanks kjh-8 for info. Now let's make a point on that. What you say that mean that social bookmarking is combined like example: social bookmarking,social bookmarking network,social bookmarking website..... etc.

    Did you mean combined like what i write now?

    When you type-in "social bookmarking" at the top it will give you those traffic estimates by itself.
    Farther down the page you will see a "list" of similar keywords you can choose to use. All these keywords combined is what's shown on the bar graph of 5 million.

    How you search in a search engine matters? Social bookmarking without quotes is different from "Social bookmarking". If you are aware of this and still have doubts then, 8,100 monthly is the right value for the term "social bookmarking"

    You can use "Keywords everywhere" tool for searching keyword volume.
    It is good alternative of range showed in Google keyword planner.

    Keyword Planner allows you to see average monthly searches. Not exact. This tool may vary. But the count is enough to select keyword and start making strategy for it.

    I think google keyword planner tool is an one of the best keyword research tool, and it's obviously correct for free user but not exact. If someone want to get exact value from it then can be used google keyword planner premium version.
