    Can't you use Payoneer or open a real bank account just some where you don't need to visit the bank or the country but open the account remote?

    Yes, You can use Payoneer to receive payments worldwide and the funds are transfer to your local bank account. Virtual Bank accounts look unrealistic to me.

    but he was little wrong vba can be used for many purpose and by VBA u can send and receive funds too

    vba means virtual bank account thats means this account only for verification purpose not for take payment, if any one want to withdoraw money via vba they will lost his $ , because virtual account live only few hour
