    As we have experienced that penguin 3.0 was updated 17th october 2014, so I want to know next penguin 4.0 will updated in first quarter of 2016?

    I have seen some movement on 10 Jan 2016. ans also on 17 jan 2016. here you can check. This might be a warning, the penguin is running in real time. Lets see
