    Oh that's odd, I thought international meant they would ship it internationally! So I guess there's a loophole in the system if you signup with an affiliate like 2Checkout.

    This is no longer true as of last quarter of 2007. I now get payments from both Joebucks and Copeac on a single Payoneer card (originally from Joebucks).

    Hey I've been using Payoneer in India, and their rates are at least 40% cheaper than PayPal for me... I know many folks don't get Payoneer cards outside the US, and they dont give the card in India totally. Overall, I've had a good experience with them so far.
