I am selling my premium site in the health/beauty niche. The cellulite niche is a very profitable niche that is untouched by other SEO's.

Site currently is a startup site and has no traffic because I have not built any backlinks to it yet.

The SILO method is time consuming because it requires manual work to create the framework like I have with this site instead of just throwing a Wordpress site together. It's easy to add pages to the site now that I have done the initial setup. If any buyers are unsure of how to do this, then I will explain via email how to do it.

On another note, I spent $48 just on the outsourced content alone, so if anyone bids $20 they are getting a bargain

 

I don't really care to read into any SEO methods, as mine works fine.

Why would you build a site just to sell it for a loss?

 

Home page link points to index.html instead of index.php on silo pages, that breaks your site.

 

I am selling all of my websites to raise funds for another project, so I am willing to cut my losses. Whoever buys the site will be getting good value

But how can you raise money by receiving less than you spend?
