Difference between the Google Analytics and the others

There is a difference between Google Analytics and wp wassup plugin counts.

I watch both of them, and i realized that Google analytics doesn't count some of them. I checked if they are spams but they are real people.

Which one shows the real one? I always believe in Google analytics but i am now doubtful.

What do you think about the difference between Google Analytics and the others?
(Google analytics always shows less visitors)

 

There can be many variables there. Hard to tell. For instance, redundant hostnames can show different results in G analytics (i.e. somedomain.com and www.somedomain.com will be split into two rows in reports). Secondly, G analytics automatically excludes bot traffic from known bots. Your wp plugin probably doesn't. Etc. etc.

 

So which one is the real, what do you think?

 

I don't know. But I wouldn't go by "which one is real". I'd go by "which one is more accurate". In my opinion Google analytics is more accurate.

 

I know that some of my friends use piwik and they like it very much. I use only google analytics /universal. I had problems of traffic seen as none /direct from refferal sites but now is OK.
