    The game looks nice in the video, but I'm not a gamer, I consult on mobile advertising but anyway here is what I think.
    Well it's not as easy as you think it is to sell a mobile game, it is kind of a chicken and egg situation. First people should be playing your game meaning you should have users to be able to show value for the game to sell it, but also you need to spend money to promote it to get users but you don't have any hence you're selling the game.
    There are couple of options, first approach a local development team or company and see if they are interested, but I doubt if you do not have users you could sell it worth much.
    Second option is to release it in App store/Google Play and monetize it by getting advertisement, spend money on promoting the game and get downloads, have some in game purchases and improve the game version by version.

    Better release it yourself and run Ads, I think it's more likely to be successful that way rather than selling it without a decent base of fans.

    Have you created the game? If you had the skills to create a game, how hard do you think it is to create your own webpage?
    Don`t sell your game to another developer, in stead you should try to market it and see how it goes. You will see a better profit in the long run.
    After you create your webpage, you can go to clickbank and search for affiliates that will sell your product for you.

    I actually have a couple of apps that I monetize through mobite media group without investing any money, mobite handle everything and I earn almost $200 per day.
