Where is the LIKE button?

In the threads that people wrote, there is no LIKE button or link that I can click on.

If I cannot click on LIKE, how are people supposed to get likes?

Am I missing something?

 

You need to be an Established member before the like button shows up for you.
You need 3 likes from 3 different established members.
