Phpldtemplates.com was established in February 2006 and has already exceeded $12,000 in revenue in just 10 months!! Although the site has already done quite well, there are many more opportunities to generate even more revenue for this site, which I am happy to share my ideas with the winning buyer. With a large customer base, returning clientele, great domain name, and recognizable product, future revenue will continue to grow for the owner.

With virtually no html experience and no experience with php link directory, I was able to create this business, teach myself html and the inner workings of php link directory and generate a nice profitable business for myself. However, as of November I had to stop doing custom designs due to other responsibilities, and since then the majority of the revenue from phpldtemplates.com has been from pre-made template and database sales. I have since hired an outside designer to do any custom designs and still make a profit from custom designs that I have little to no time invested in.

Domain reg at godaddy and expires 2/07

Primary income generated from custom directory design and installation, pre-made template sales, pre-made database sales, and onsite link subscriptions.

Other income generated from sale of IndexScript, custom articlescript templates, and miscellaneous modifications for php link directory owners.


Website generates many backlinks by offering free templates with footer links as well as footer links in most custom directory designs and also many natural backlinks created by providing a great resource for phpld link directory users.

Website currently has page rank of 5 for the main page as well as high page rank on many of the subpages.

Web traffic comes mainly from search engines and is highly targeted and converts well. Average number of visitors per day is about 100. Proof of traffic is available if requested. Proof of income stats is available in an excel spreadsheet that I will make available only to seriously interested bidders.

Winning bidder will receive the domain, all site files, all templates and databases with full rights, and guidance from me as to how to get the business set up and functioning for you, as well as, my ideas on how to improve and increase your revenue and productivity.

Exchange will be done via Escrow.com. Buyer to split escrow fees.

I guess you could say that for any template on the net. There will always be people who illegally use templates and software. Your choice is to let it go, or to persue them with legal action.

Sponsor links do not have to stay, but since they generate nice rev for the site, I would recommend leaving them.
