    Using your credit card. You pay for the goods and the shipping at the same time. It's really no different from buying online from a local company. I'm not sure why this is hard for you. Is there a specific website that is causing you concern?

    One of the first things I look at when having found an interesting item is the line "Ships to", which is found in the top of an item's information page. This quickly tells me whether the seller is interested in sending items my way. Many sellers will not ship from the US to Europe or even outside their own country. Save yourself and the seller the trouble of having to handle bids, which may not lead to a deal because the seller won't post to your country.
